I JUST PLACED AN ORDER – WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped.
Please note that during promotional periods and sales events, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Average shipping time: 6–12 business days.
Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take longer. In such cases, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, carriers may experience unforeseen delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?
This is on us. All UK customers enjoy FREE SHIPPING.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders placed by 6:00PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
DISCLAIMER
Responsibility for packages transfers to the buyer once they have been handed over to the local carrier. We ensure that all packages are in proper condition before shipment. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages, delivery errors made by the carrier, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping is a service provided by the carrier, and any shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the appropriate carrier.
TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
We understand how important your order is. Vernetti provides tracking on all orders. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property. A neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf. Please also check with family members, roommates, building management, or reception staff.
Please note that all orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. An order is considered successfully delivered if the city/location shown in the tracking information matches the shipping address provided during checkout.
Our Shipping Protection policy covers orders from the time they are dispatched until they are marked as delivered.
We will do our best to assist you; however, Vernetti is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES FOR HIGH-RISK ORDERS
At Vernetti, we are committed to protecting all transactions. As part of this commitment, we have implemented additional verification procedures for orders identified as high risk by our security systems.
Identification of High-Risk Orders:
Orders may be flagged as high risk for a variety of reasons, including unusual order values, purchase frequency, payment discrepancies, or shipping address inconsistencies.
Verification Process:
If an order is flagged as high risk, we may contact the customer via email or SMS to verify the order details.
Shipping Delay:
High-risk orders will not be shipped until the verification process has been completed. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Customer Cooperation:
Prompt responses to verification requests will help expedite the process. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation.
Chargebacks and Disputes:
For orders pending verification, any chargebacks or disputes filed due to non-receipt of goods may be considered invalid.

All information provided during verification will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or that we believe to be fraudulent.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will become available once your order has been shipped. Individual items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world.
Once your tracking number has been issued, you can track your order through the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our fast processing times, we generally do not accept order cancellations. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate your request.
A $20 cancellation fee may apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

At Vernetti, we are committed to providing worldwide shipping. However, please be aware that some countries may impose customs duties, import taxes, fees, or restrictions on incoming shipments.
