The cap is cut from washed denim, so it arrives already softened rather than stiff and new. The wash gives it depth of color and a lived-in look that suits the shape, and it only improves as you wear it.

Contrast Stitching Throughout
Orange topstitching runs around the brim and along every seam, exactly as it would on a good pair of jeans. It picks out the shape of the cap and adds warmth against the blue, which is what stops the hat looking plain.

Streamlined Flat Cap Shape
The profile is low and close to the head, with a short stiffened peak that keeps its line. An adjustable strap at the back sets the fit, so it stays on in wind. Five shades are on offer, from light blue through to a midnight black. Wear it with a jacket, a jumper or a shirt.
