Proper Western Shape
A square toe, a stacked heel and a short pull-on shaft give you the western line without the height of a full cowboy boot. The studded harness strap across the ankle is the part people notice first, and it keeps the shaft sitting flat instead of flaring out. Pull loops at either side of the top edge help you set them straight. Choose brown or black.

Zip Up And Go
A zip runs down the side, so you slide your foot in and pull it shut in one movement. There is no wrestling with the shaft and no stretched pull tabs, which matters on a work morning when you are already late. Zipped shut, the boot holds close to the ankle and stays there while you walk.

A Heel You Can Walk On
The stacked heel is low and wide across the base, so you walk level and your ankle stays supported rather than rolling. The sole underneath is thick and firm, which is what you want on cobbles, gravel and wet city pavements. The upper is left with a worn, lived-in finish, so scuffs blend in instead of standing out.
