The footbed inside these mules is contoured rather than flat, so it follows the curve of the arch and spreads your weight instead of letting it land in one spot. If you are on your feet all day, or you have given up on flat shoes because your arches ache by lunchtime, that shape is the whole point.

Soft Suede Over The Top
The upper is a matte suede that moulds around the foot after a few wears. A single strap runs across the top with a metal buckle, so you can loosen it on a warm day when your feet swell and tighten it back down again. The back is open, which means no rubbing at the heel.

Wear Them With Anything
Slip them on with jeans, joggers or a summer dress, and add a thick sock once autumn arrives. The stitched sole grips well on smooth floors. They come in several shades. Brush the suede when dry, keep them out of heavy rain, and let the footbed air out overnight between long days.
